PANDORA

A physical console for onchain party games. Tap an NFC chip to join, grab a pod, and play OPEN or STEAL for real USDC that moves in under a second.Every box holds a pot. Open it together, or steal it alone.

NFC tray

each tap = a new chip

Drag a chip onto the Tap Halo, or click it.

How to play: tap 2–4 chips (or invite MAYA), then Open the box on the screen. Press DEAL on a pod during Table Talk. During LOCK, press OPEN or STEAL on each pod. The pod never shows which.

Binding deals, escrowed on Arc the moment they're sealed.

    1. No deals yet. Press DEAL on a pod during Table Talk.

    Table transcript

    MAYA is listening

Everything said at the table. The Receipts quote from here.

    1. Quiet table.

    01 · How a round works

Seven phases. About two and a half minutes.

Tap in with a chip, stake, talk, lock under the table, and watch the reveal. The demo above shortens Table Talk to 30 seconds.

    1. 1

      Tap in

      NFC · EIP-712

Tap your chip on the Tap Halo. Your ENS name, trust score and badges appear. Slam OPEN on a free pod to claim it.

    2. 2

      The pot

      10 s

Stakes drop in. HOPE from earlier greedy games pours in on top. Pot = stakes + HOPE.

    3. 3

      Table talk

      60–90 s

Negotiate out loud and strike binding deals. MAYA talks, offers deals, accepts or rejects them.

    4. 4

      Lock

      10 s

OPEN or STEAL under the table. Last press counts. No press = OPEN. MAYA sealed hers before this began.

    5. 5

      Reveal

      lights down

Pods reveal one at a time, lowest trust first, most trusted last. Rings flash gold or red.

    6. 6

      The receipts

      if earned

Promised to open, then stole? MAYA transcribed the table and quotes you back to yourself.

    7. 7

      Settle

      <1 s on Arc

USDC moves. Payouts flow to each ENS name and reputation records update.

    No tells

A pod never shows the choice. The ring turns white (LOCKED) and the buzz feels the same for both buttons.

    The box can't peek

The pod generates a random salt and sends only keccak(choice ‖ salt) until reveal. The Pi relays commitments onchain without ever seeing the plaintext.

    02 · Outcomes & deals

    Open together, or steal alone.

Three possible endings. When greed wins, the money doesn't disappear. It stays in the box as HOPE and rolls into the next game.

    Everyone OPENs

    Hope released

The pot (stakes plus all of HOPE) is split equally.

    Exactly one STEAL

    The shark eats

The stealer takes the whole pot, minus any CUT promises. Openers get nothing from the pot.

    Two or more STEAL

    Greed wins

Nobody gets the pot. All of it goes into HOPE for the next game, and the Hope Column fills.

    PACT

    2+ players post a bond

Each member posts a bond (default 50% of stake). A member who STEALs while another member OPENs forfeits their bond to the members who opened. Stay honest and the bonds come back.

    BRIBE

    A → B, if B opens

    A escrows $X for B. It's released only if B reveals OPEN. Otherwise it's refunded to A.

    CUT

    A → B, Y% of a steal

A promises B Y% of A's winnings if A wins by stealing. The contract pays it automatically. "Let me steal; I've locked 50% each to you two."

Deals settle in every outcome. Honest players can walk away with bribes and bonds even when greed wins. All deals appear publicly on the Deal Board and expire at the end of the round.

    03 · Partner tracks

The brain, the memory, the money.

Three partner tracks, each a real upgrade to the game rather than a bolt-on.

    The brain

    0G

Physical AI: Agents with a Body
    $5,0002.5k / 1.5k / 1k · reserved for best real-hardware build

MAYA, a voiced AI player built into the box. She negotiates, bluffs, offers bribes and remembers who betrayed her. Her OPEN/STEAL decision runs on 0G Private Computer (sealed inference with proof of model), and its hash is committed onchain before humans lock. Every decision is logged per game to 0G Storage, so any game can be replayed.

    Must-haves
    • A 0G call inside the decision loop
    • Episode log on 0G Storage with a request id per decision
    • Live hardware demo at the 0G booth
    • Safe-stop: if 0G is unreachable, MAYA sits out and her stake is refunded. Never a faked decision.

Reputation that follows you. Your first tap mints name.pandora.eth, non-transferable so reputation can't be sold. Through Enhanced Access Control the GameHouse role can write only the pandora.* text records (trust, opens, steals, pactsBroken, badges), so a player can't erase their steals. Agents get namespaces (maya.agents.pandora.eth). Boxes and cartridges are named too: mumbai.box.pandora.eth, open-or-steal.games.pandora.eth.

    Must-haves
    • ENSv2 on Sepolia or mainnet
    • ENS central to the product, not a cosmetic add-on
    • Live demo and open-source code
    The money

    Arc

Best Smart Contracts with Advanced Stablecoin Logic (Circle)
    $3,000bonus for reusable contracts

Real dollars, instantly. The pot is USDC and gas is paid in USDC, so players hold only dollars. Sub-second finality means the payout lands before the confetti ends. Conditional escrow, splits and automated release are exactly the pot, PACT / BRIBE / CUT and the HOPE vault. The generalized GameHouse is the reusable contract.

    Must-haves
    • Built in Arc Studio (Studio URL included, Studio shown in the demo)
    • A working frontend and backend
    • An architecture diagram
    • A video and a repo

0G is the brain, ENS is the memory, Arc is the money.

"Bring any token": a Burner card holding any token swaps its buy-in to USDC via the Uniswap API, and HOPE sits in a v4 position between games to earn fees. Bigger pool, weaker fit; also requires FEEDBACK.md and the feedback form.
